Dear Friend,

Because of the support and belief in San Tan Valley’s future by many, our community crossed a threshold that once seemed impossible.

Together, we turned signatures into a decisive election victory—approved by voters 2-to-1 (66%–33%)—officially establishing the Town of San Tan Valley on September 17, 2025. With nearly 100,000 residents, it became the largest incorporation in Arizona history and among the largest ever in the United States.

I served as Chairman of STV Inc. during incorporation, and today I am carrying the values that drove incorporation forward as the Vice Mayor of San Tan Valley. In just a short time, the inaugural Town Council has been focused on establishing the foundational policies, public processes, securing our tax dollars (estimated at $50 million that once went to other cities) and filling key staff positions required for a new town to operate effectively.

However, my current role is by appointment only and expires in August 2026. To continue providing leadership and continuity during this critical season, I am running for San Tan Valley Town Council.

The same values that guided the incorporation effort are the values I bring to the council every day. I believe San Tan Valley needs experienced, steady leadership that understands both where we came from and where we are headed.

If you are willing, I am asking you to please consider the following:
